Meet Neil Casstevens...

As a North Carolina native, I live on Oak Island with my wife (Jennifer) and two children - son (Landon) and daughter (Lacie). I've always had a passion for real estate and first obtained my NC Real Estate Broker's license in 1995. After completing my undergraduate degree in Business at Catawba College, I received my MBA from Campbell University. For more than 20 years I was employed by large corporations as a Sales and Marketing leader. I have negotiated with some of the largest retailers in the world and have significant communication and negotiation experience. I was responsible for more than $1 Billion in annual sales revenue while in a corporate role. 

As owner and Broker-in-Charge of 13 Mile Realty, LLC, I am focused on quality, not quantity. My priority is helping clients. I'm not interested in winning sales awards. My recognition is a customer compliment or positive review. Many clients refer friends and family as they appreciate my honest, ethical, and dedicated approach. I return calls promptly, protect my client's interests, and guide them through the entire process.

My Family

Photos from our family vacation in 2022. We traveled to England, Wales, and Scotland for about two weeks. My wife Jennifer is standing next to me in both pictures. Our children, Landon and Lacie, teach us what life is all about. We are blessed to have each other and I love them very much.

The name...13 Mile Realty, LLC

If you drew a straight line from the most eastern point to the most western point on Oak Island, it would measure 13 miles wide. It is one of the largest islands in our area and has many amenities including parks, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We live and work on Oak Island, so it seemed fitting to name the business 13 Mile Realty, LLC. Don't worry, we also sell property all over Brunswick County from the North Carolina/South Carolina border to Wilmington, NC.
